Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skravix. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Skravix. Skravix is provided as-is, without warranty, and these terms may change as the project evolves — see Changes below.

Who can use Skravix

There's no minimum age to play as a guest — it doesn't store any personal data beyond your current browser session. Creating an account does store personal data, so you must be at least 13 years old to do that, and if you're under 16, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with it first. By creating an account, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Accounts & guest play

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens through your account. Give us accurate information when you register, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access. Playing as a guest doesn't require an account, but comes with fewer features and no persistence between browser sessions.

Your content

Drawings, chat messages, display names, and anything else you submit are your own responsibility, and you keep ownership of them. By submitting content, you grant Skravix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, transmit, and — where relevant to running or moderating the game — reproduce that content for as long as it exists on the service. Content shared publicly (for example in the Free Draw Gallery) may be seen by other visitors, including people who aren't logged in.

Acceptable use

Play fair and treat other players decently. Don't: upload illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content; impersonate someone else; attempt to disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to Skravix or other players' accounts; use bots, scripts, or automation to play on your behalf; or use Skravix for anything unlawful.

Moderation & enforcement

Public content can be reported by other members, and content that collects enough reports is hidden automatically. We may remove content, warn, suspend, or permanently remove access for any account that violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted (for example, in cases of abuse).

Future paid features

Skravix may in the future offer optional paid features — things like cosmetic items or a supporter tier — bought with real money or in-app credits. Nothing currently for sale ever affects competitive fairness (no pay-to-win). If and when this launches, these terms will be updated with full pricing, refund, and virtual-currency details before anything becomes purchasable.

Our intellectual property

The Skravix name, logo, design, and underlying software belong to us. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to them beyond what's needed to use the service normally — you may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute Skravix itself.

Third-party services

Skravix shows ads served by Google AdSense (see our Privacy Policy for details) and runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these or any other third-party services we may link to or rely on.

No guarantees

Skravix is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Features, game modes, and the service itself may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skravix and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for the actions or content of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.

Termination

You can stop using Skravix, or ask us to delete your account, at any time — see Contact. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or discontinue the service entirely, though we'll try to give reasonable notice where practical for anything beyond individual account enforcement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Skravix evolves — the date at the top always reflects the latest version. Continuing to use Skravix after a change means you accept the updated terms; if a change is significant, we'll try to make it visible rather than silent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
